The beauty of Solihull is just how easy everything is for the visitor.
We are one of the easiest areas of the country to get to, being at the heart of the M6, M42, M40 and M5 and well connected by train, bus, coach and air.
Our great motorway, road and rail links mean that we are within easy travelling distance of the neighbouring areas of Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford, Leamington, Coventry and Worcestershire, making many visitor and business destinations within easy reach.
We are located at the heart of the UK’s motorway network on the M42 which links to the M5 for the West and South West of the UK. The M42 also links to the M6 which is the main route to Manchester, Liverpool and the North West and the M1 for London and the North and North East, as well as the M40 to Oxford and London.
In the centre of the Borough of Solihull is Birmingham Airport serving some 10 million people with destinations all over the world and the latest proposals for the planned High Speed Rail link will link Solihull to London and the North in record times.
Birmingham International Railway Station is in the heart of the Borough with many trains to London and the North, and regular trains to the heart of Birmingham in less than 10 minutes. Solihull has its own railway station too, serving London Marylebone station and the centre of Birmingham with many stops throughout the Chilterns.
